1. All DVDs sold on this website are 100% Original Ayngaran Brand DVDs(Else where mentioned otherwise). Our administration is based in the U.K. All DVDs are sent Worldwide by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery Service from this warehouse with no exception unless otherwise stated.
2. All goods remain the property of Ayngaran International until paid for in full. Items will not be dispatched until full cleared payment has been received.
3. If a product received is faulty it may be returned with in 7 days of purchase to our U.K office for testing. A returned DVD must be in its original condition to qualify. If there are any scratches on the disk or signs of product abuse or poor care a refund will be refused. If found to be faulty a replacement or full refund will be offered at Click DVDs discretion.
4. If a customer wished to return an item no longer wanted this must be done within 7 days of purchase. The DVD must still be in its original factory seal packaging to qualify. No exceptions.
5. The buyer assumes all risk and responsibility to ensure a DVD is returned to our UK office.
